These Terms of Service govern your use of openlinelogistics.com and the services of OpenLine Logistics. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

Truck dispatching, rate negotiation, paperwork and invoicing, freight brokerage, carrier setup and compliance, and fleet dispatching across the 48 contiguous states. We book only loads you approve, and we do not force dispatch.

2. Fees

A flat percentage of what you earn per load — 5% owner-operators, 4% small fleets, custom for larger fleets. No setup fees, no long-term contracts.

3. Your responsibilities

Maintain valid authority, insurance, and equipment; provide accurate information; operate safely and legally. You remain the motor carrier of record.

4. SMS / text messaging terms

• Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using our services.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out anytime by replying STOP; reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website or use it unlawfully.

6. Disclaimers

Freight markets fluctuate; load availability, rates, and transit times are not guaranteed. Services are provided without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpenLine is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; total liability is limited to fees paid for the service at issue.

8. Governing law

Governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; the current version always lives here.
